NASHIK: Shiv Sena spokesman and MP Sanjay Raut on Sunday stated it was an “open conflict” between Raj Bhavan and the Maharashtra authorities and accused BJP of utilizing governor BS Koshyari to “pressurise” and “destabilise” the state authorities.
