A person has been arrested after suspected hashish with a avenue worth of £900,000 was seized on Monday.
Police searched properties in Banbridge, Belfast and Lisburn.
The searches have been a part of a joint operation between the PSNI’s Organised Crime Unit, Border Drive and Immigration Enforcement.
Det Insp Pete Mullan mentioned the seizure of was “important” and demonstrated “dedication to eradicating harmful medication from our communities”.
“Not solely is it unlawful to buy these medication nevertheless it fuels the native drug commerce which causes irreparable injury and loss to many households and people whose lives it destroys,” mentioned Det Insp Mullan.
