Kolkata, Feb 22: The Kolkata Police on Monday issued summons to BJP chief Rakesh Singh in reference to its investigation of a drug seizure case during which Pamela Goswami, a functionary of the celebration’s youth wing, and two of her associates had been arrested final week, an officer mentioned.
