Bhubaneswar: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has agreed to his Odisha counterpart Naveen Patnaik’s strategies that COVID-19 vaccines must be procured by the Centre from overseas and the states must be given the pliability to handle the inoculation process.
