Components

  • Boiled Potatoes – 2
  • Salt to style
  • Pepper to style
  • Cornflour – 2 tblsp or as wanted
  • Mozzarella Cheese as wanted grated
  • Oil – 3 tblsp

Directions

  1. Mash potatoes with salt and pepper.
  2. Add in cornflour and blend properly.
  3. Take small portion of combine, flatten it. Fill with cheese and seal it.
  4. Now warmth a nonstick pan, place the patties and fry until golden brown on each side.
