Moffatt had beforehand pleaded responsible to seven offences together with making indecent photographs of a kid, distributing an indecent picture of a kid, trying to have interaction in sexual communication with a baby, and trying to trigger or incite a boy aged between 13 and 15 to have interaction in sexual exercise.
